EDIT Had to fix the coloring on the tail. It was supposed to be white-to-red on the Crimson Loftwing, not red-to-white.
Before anyone asks about Ho-Oh's tail, it's homage to Link's Crimson Loftwing from Skyward Sword. I always thought his Loftwing looked like Ho-oh. I just thought it'd be a cute, fun nod to Zelda fans.
Anyone remember my old WIP? Mega Ho-Oh WIP WELL I FINALLY FINISHED IT, HOLE-E-CRAP.
Wont be seeing another one of these for a while, this one killed me. I just hope this one doesn't become like Mega Lugia and get stolen a lot or get made fun of a bunch. I worked a very, very long time on this, and I just ask that I am respected as the artist of this picture. And if you want to use it, please ask my permission.
I've always hated drawing Ho-Oh's wings, they're a pain. And there was originally a glowing orb between Ho-Oh's wings, but the image was looking cluttered, so I got rid of it.
I'm content with how he came out, given I don't draw Ho-Oh much ^^ Enjoy~ Please be polite if you comment.

Many dream to see Ho-Oh with a Mega-Evolution. This dream could become true if my ambitious fan-game came to life : Pokémon Sacred Phoenix.
I talked about my project to a few friends and PokéFans. Everyone is more than enthusiastic. "Do it, do it! We want to see your demo." Of course, no demo available for the moment: nothing has been coded yet. I put on paper only the scenario (in a ancient era where we incarnate a priest(ess) of Ho-Oh) and my innovations for gameplay and pokemon strategy ... But with so much enthusiasm, I am going into the project for the glory of Ho-Oh.

Of course, Ho-Oh will be the mascot of this game. Is he not the Sacred Phoenix? Its mega form will be of Fire and Light type.
As yours is particularly beautiful (and I read that you spent a lot of hours, especially for the wings), I would like to know if you will accept that your Mega Ho-Oh be integrated in my fan-game. As it will be the figurehead, it will earn you a honorable place in the credits. (In case, I specify that my fan-game is entirely voluntary and forever free.)
